- —Closr's e-sign covers everyday real estate signing. If your brokerage mandates a specific platform, check with them first.
- —Prices shown are each vendor's published monthly rate for the plan a solo agent realistically needs, checked July 2026. Annual billing is usually cheaper; so is Closr's.
- —DocuSign Standard is an annual commitment billed monthly; their true month-to-month plan is Personal at $11/mo, capped at 5 envelopes a month.
- —Mailchimp is priced at the 2,500-contact tier — most working agents' books are bigger than their 500-contact entry tier.
- —Some MLS boards include Cloud CMA with membership. If yours does, subtract it — the math still works.
