Move your Follow Up Boss number to Closr

Follow Up Boss keeps its numbers on its own phone account. That means the normal number move does not work for them. Follow Up Boss has to release your number first, then we move it into Closr.

How to start

  1. 1In chat, say "move my Follow Up Boss number" and give the number.
  2. 2Closr checks the number and shows you an email. Copy it and send it to support@followupboss.com. It copies Ara in already.
  3. 3Tap Start the move on the card in chat. This tells us to watch for the transfer.
  4. 4We file the transfer and follow up with Follow Up Boss. You get an email when the number is live in Closr.

Two rules

  • •Keep Follow Up Boss open and paid until the move is done. If the account lapses, you can lose the number.
  • •Send no personal details. Follow Up Boss does not need them. Do not send passwords or ID.

This is only for numbers that live on Follow Up Boss. For a number on Rogers, Bell, Telus, or another carrier, say "keep my number" and Closr opens the normal move on the Phone page.
