Listing pages

~3 min read

A listing page is a Closr-hosted, shareable landing page — sometimes called a marketing page or a landing page — for one property. Send the link to a buyer, post it on social, or drop it in a text: it shows photos, price, and property details, and captures leads through a form on the page. It is marketing only, not where you manage your listings — your MLS listings live in the pipeline as Lead and deal records.

Create one

  1. 1Tell Closr the address and whatever details you have: "create a listing page for 142 Eastern Ave, $899k, 3 bed 2 bath."
  2. 2Closr writes a headline and description and creates a DRAFT.
  3. 3Open the editor from the link Closr returns to add photos and property details.
  4. 4Say "publish it" or use the Publish button in the editor to make it public.

Edit

Once a page exists, keep talking to Closr to change it: "make the headline punchier," "drop the price to 875k," "add a co-lister." Closr edits the same page instead of creating a duplicate. You can also edit photos, features, and lead-capture questions directly in the editor at /app/listings/<id>/edit.

Publish and share

The editor shows your page's public URL as an absolute link (getclosr.app/p/<slug>). Use the Share button to open your device's native share sheet, or Copy link to grab the URL directly. There's no custom domain or custom URL on this page — that's the upsell to a full agent website with your own domain and MLS search.

Where leads go

When someone fills out the lead form on your page, Closr creates a contact and a lead in your pipeline (source "listing-page"), tagged with "listing-page" and the page's slug. The Listing pages index shows how many leads each page has captured.

Auto-unpublish

A page comes down automatically when the property sells, the deal falls through, or the listing agreement's expiry date passes. Visitors to a page that's been taken down see a friendly "no longer available" message with your name, phone, and a link to your website — never a bare 404 for a page that was once live. A page that was never published still 404s.

What this is not: it's not where you manage MLS listings (that's the pipeline), it doesn't support a custom domain or slug, and page analytics are limited to the lead count. Want your own domain, MLS search, and more templates? That's an agent website — ask Closr, or go to Settings > Website.
