Importing from Top Producer

Say this to Closr in chat: "Set up my book for me." Top Producer (TPX) does not give you a simple way to export your own contacts, so there is no file for you to drop in. We do the move for you instead.

Steps

  1. 1Tap "Set it up for me" on the Top Producer setup card, or go straight to /app/setup/request?source=topproducer.
  2. 2Tell us how to reach you. We reply with what we need from your Top Producer account.
  3. 3We bring your contacts over and tell you when they are in.

What comes over

Your contacts: names, emails, phones, and notes where we can get them. Old email threads and call history stay in Top Producer.

Already have a CSV from Top Producer, maybe from your brokerage or a past export? Drop it into chat. Closr reads it and shows a preview before it writes anything.
