Importing from kvCORE and BoldTrail
~2 min read
kvCORE and BoldTrail are the same platform (BoldTrail is the newer name), so the export is identical. Closr recognizes the kvCORE column layout automatically and labels it in the preview. The path is CSV. There is no API connector for kvCORE or BoldTrail today.
Steps
- 1In kvCORE or BoldTrail, export your contacts (leads) to a CSV.
- 2In Closr, drag the CSV into chat (or use the paperclip).
- 3Closr detects the kvCORE format from its lead columns and labels it in the preview.
- 4Review the new-versus-duplicate counts and the column mapping, then click Import.
What comes over
The fields in the CSV: names, emails, phones, lead source, lead type, lead stage, tags, notes, and address where present. Closr maps the lead columns to its own source and stage fields. Behavioral history, saved searches, and squeeze-page activity stay in kvCORE.
kvCORE labels its columns with a 'lead' prefix (leadname, leadsource, leadstage). That fingerprint is exactly how Closr recognizes the file, so export the standard contacts report rather than a hand-trimmed one.
