How do I import contacts from another CRM?
Go to Contacts → Import → Migrate / Import. We support CSV uploads, Follow Up Boss exports, phone contact imports, and Zapier integrations. Our smart column mapper auto-detects common fields.
How do I send emails and SMS from Closr?
Connect your Gmail account in Settings → Integrations. For SMS and calls, set up your business phone number in Settings → Profile. Once connected, you can send directly from contact pages or through AI-generated campaigns.
How do campaigns work?
Describe your campaign goal in the AI chat (e.g., "Nurture first-time buyers") and Closr generates a multi-step sequence with email, SMS, and call touchpoints. Review the steps, enroll contacts, and activate. Day 0 steps send immediately; future steps run automatically on schedule.
How do I upload deal documents?
Use the paperclip icon in the chat to attach PDFs (offers, agreements, closing docs). Closr extracts the deal details automatically and matches them to your contacts. You can also forward documents to import@in.getclosr.app.
What are the plan limits?
Your 14-day free trial includes full access to all features. After the trial, choose Solo, Pro, or Team to keep access. View plans in Settings → Billing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Gmail tokens are encrypted before storage. We never share your data with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy.
